The FS & Mobile Campaign Lead is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of marketing campaigns across Asda Mobile and Financial Services. This role focuses on ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, creatively and on time, while ensuring they are commercially effective, creatively strong, compliant with financial promotions regulations, and delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of FS & Mobile marketing campaigns, supporting activity from briefing to launch and evaluation.
- Manage timelines, inputs and approvals to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work with internal teams, agencies and media partners to support campaign execution and optimisation.
- Support the development of clear, engaging and on‑brand creative across campaigns.
- Work with planning, media & performance teams to help ensure campaigns meet agreed KPIs.
- Apply commercial awareness to campaign delivery, balancing creative quality with trading priorities.
- Support the delivery of financial promotions, ensuring all marketing activity follows FCA requirements and internal governance processes.
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to manage reviews and approvals.
- Ensure compliance feedback is accurately implemented across all campaign assets.
- Help manage the FS & Mobile promotional calendar, ensuring campaigns align with always‑on marketing and trading plans.
- Collaborate with the omnichannel marketing team to support consistent execution across always on and campaigns channels.
- Assist with campaign reporting and post‑campaign reviews.
- Use performance insights to help inform future activity and continuous improvement.
Objectives of the role
- Deliver FS & Mobile campaigns that drive brand awareness and consideration, generating qualified leads that support customer acquisition.
- Support integrated campaigns that maximise lead generation and conversion, delivering positive ROI.
- Contribute to campaigns that meet agreed commercial KPIs and trading objectives, using performance insights to improve effectiveness.
- Maintain a clear, well‑run promotional calendar aligned to brand, PR, trading and always‑on marketing activity.
- Ensure all FS & Mobile marketing activity, including financial promotions, complies with FCA requirements and internal approval processes.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in marketing campaign delivery, coordination or execution.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confidence working with internal teams and external agencies.
- Understanding of regulated marketing environments (financial services experience desirable but not essential).
- Good attention to detail, with the confidence to flag issues or risks.
- Comfortable working with data and performance reporting.
