Responsibilities:
- Produce store‑specific recommendations using a range of data sets to support the strategic and commercial scope.
- Work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders in Modular Planning, Floor Planning, Commercial and Property.
- Support the wider team to keep flows and adjacencies models up to date and fit for purpose, ensuring all stores are properly modeled and changes approved as expected.
- Check store‑specific space data to ensure all plans meet our strategic and commercial space requirements.
- Deliver the commercial strategy while protecting operational metrics in stores.
- Present all store recommendations and proposals in a meeting‑style forum to project sponsors, openly discuss, influence, cascade, and address feedback and additional requests.
- Communicate space changes clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
- Record accurate scope data for all projects, enabling correct implementation across modular build teams.
- Work across multiple formats and project workstreams—from superstores to convenience stores and from single to multiple‑site projects—building on various skill sets.
- Manage own workload, prioritising projects and ad‑hoc requests to meet project milestones.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring the team receives high‑standard information.
- Deliver excellent verbal and written communication and be confident presenting data.
- Apply data‑analytics skills to identify trends.
- Adapt to significant change and challenges and find creative ways to overcome barriers.
- Be computer literate, with good experience of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
