Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect and centralise data from fragmented sources and coordinate the facilitation of internal document storage systems.
- Design automated dashboards to provide one version of the truth for stakeholders, undertaking cross‑functional analysis of project and programme data to inform business planning.
- Maintain and update programme reports, ensuring accurate updates for Property & Construction Leadership.
- Actively manage and where necessary, elevate risks, issues and other dependencies, constructing suitable action plans (RAID).
- Act as a liaison between project teams, project managers and other stakeholders to share information, updates and requests.
- Maintain project documents, process maps and official records, ensuring they are up to date and accessible.
- Help manage resource requirements for each programme, highlighting constraints and alternative decisions when necessary.
- Set up and manage project management tools and maintain systems.
- Help identify opportunities to drive efficiency and improve overall performance across workstreams.
- Facilitate property governance forums, ensuring best practice is followed to support effective and timely decision‑making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Power BI proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, non‑technical insights for project stakeholders.
- Project or programme management experience, ideally in construction, retail or a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, inquisitive nature and drive to find answers and solutions.
- Understanding of PMO methodologies, especially waterfall, is preferential.
- Experience of managing data and creating reporting templates, utilising data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ability to persevere with significant change and challenges, finding creative solutions and bouncing back from setbacks.
- Innovative mindset, continuously seeking ways to simplify and improve procedures for the team and end users.
