About your role: Looking for an opportunity that is fun and fast-paced? Then look no further! We require a Data Analyst to join our Modular Planning Centre of Excellence team, working with the latest systems and technology, to ensure we deliver best in class ranges to our stores across Food, General Merchandise and our Convenience stores. As a Modular Planning Data Analyst, you will find yourself working in a high-energy environment, providing analytical insight to our Modular Planners, building new and exciting reports and ensuring our existing reports keep delivering for our colleagues. You will be working alongside the Modular Planning teams across the business to support their strategies, ensuring the right level of engagement and support is in place to help deliver these.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining inbound support requests within agreed Service Level Agreements
- Supporting in delivering ad-hoc reporting requests when required
- Scoping, Building, Delivering & Deploying new Reporting solutions
- Creating & maintaining training material
- Project co-ordination
- Stakeholder engagement
Let’s find out about you: Good Technical skills including advanced Excel knowledge. Experience working with Power BI, Cognos and/or Microsoft Azure reporting solutions. Experience providing support & guidance to other colleagues. Ability to work cross functionally and engage broader functions. Good communication skills. Capability to learn new IT solutions. Proactive problem solving. Pace, agility and innovative thinking. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Planning, prioritising and organisational skills. Great attention to detail and clarity of thinking.
