About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must hold a HGV Class 1 Licence and have no more than six points. You will be required to drive Class 1 & Class 2 vehicles during your employment. Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns. We seek flexible working arrangements to fit your lifestyle. Late and weekend work is a requirement, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.
Our driving team plays a vital front-line role in maintaining our success and reputation. This role involves safe driving and delivering excellent customer service to our stores. You will perform driver checks before starting your engine, complete at least two runs per shift to different stores, assist with loading and unloading, and maintain your vehicle and trailer. Deliveries should be made efficiently and safely, with routes scheduled to optimize efficiency.
