At Asda, you’ll play a vital role in the day‑to‑day running of our Online operation in store by keeping our team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy. You will be responsible for the online shrink agenda with structured process and data‑led decisions and validating picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning, making sure the team is driving picking accuracy to guarantee consistency in the online operation.
