Responsibilities
- Lead the night team through effective planning, communication and on-shift coaching.
- Deliver brilliant basics in stock availability, shelf-edge standards, gap management and replenishment.
- Respond to incidents promptly, ensuring colleague safety and store security.
- Maintain accurate and timely shift reporting, handovers, and performance feedback.
- Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance.
Qualifications
- Supervisory or management experience in retail, logistics or operations.
- Strong leadership presence – calm under pressure with a passion for motivating others.
- Commitment to high standards in compliance, risk awareness, and operational routines.
