As our Foodhall Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the store’s Ambient and Fresh food operations—two of the most critical and high-impact areas of the business. From dry groceries and household essentials to fresh produce, chilled, and bakery, you’ll ensure every aisle is full, fresh, and ready for customers. You’ll lead and inspire a team of department managers and colleagues to deliver exceptional standards, availability, and service. You’ll also use data and insight to drive performance, manage stock and waste, and ensure full compliance with food safety and operational policies. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on leadership role where your ability to balance commercial thinking with people leadership will be key to success.
