Asda\'s 3-year Finance Graduate Programme offers you the opportunity to experience 3 different specialisms within our finance function including controllership, commercial finance and by your third year you could even find yourself leading a team. Whilst studying the CIMA qualification at Asda, you\\\'ll gain a breadth of experience and commercial acumen, achieving chartered status upon completion.

Programme details
On our 3-year Finance Graduate Programme, from day 1 you will be exposed to a fast paced, dynamic retail environment, exploring different areas of finance. Whilst studying for the CIMA management accounting qualification you\\\'ll develop a wide range of accounting skills, whilst putting your new knowledge into practice.
You\\\'ll be heavily supported throughout your studies by senior mentors, buddies, internal development and assigned time to complete both your learning modules and prepare for your exams.
This is an ambitious programme where you will progress at pace but equally be supported and rewarded throughout. By the end of the programme, you\\\'ll have all the tools you need to step into a managerial position, but your development won\\\'t stop there. Beyond this we will continue to support your development and progression at Asda.
It\\\'s an amazing time to join with the Finance function being at the forefront of Asda\\\'s transformation programme. We are progressing well to have new processes, bespoke systems, and a focus on customer insight to drive company performance and achieve our growth objectives.
As part of the graduate programme, successful candidates will also have the opportunity to complete a finance placement in the manufacturing side of our business, IPL, Forza and Kober where products are sourced from over 50 countries to ensure supply of fresh produce, wine, nuts, dried fruit, bacon, and cooked meats for our customers. The rotation will be based at IPL\\\'s Manufacturing Head Office in Normanton, West Yorkshire (approx. 10 miles from Leeds). This placement offers exposure to a highly sustainable supplier operation focused on improving product quality, availability, and value for Asda.
Requirements
Minimum 2:2 degree across any subject area
Right to work within the UK and have been resident in the UK, the British Overseas Territories, or Crown Dependencies (Channel Islands and Isle of Man) for at least the previous three years before the start of the CIMA Apprenticeship (visit: www.Gov.uk for further information).
