About the Role: There’s a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Store Manager - Express in one of our Asda Express stores, you’ll work with a small team to drive sales, set standards, and deliver KRAs. You’ll motivate the team, maintain morale, and create an operation that keeps customers returning. You’ll support Asda’s pricing strategy and manage costs. This role offers opportunities for further development in retail. As part of the leadership team, you’ll work on a rolling rota that includes weekends, evenings, and sometimes late nights.

About You: You should be adaptable, friendly, and proactive, capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong leadership and people skills, be a good coach and role model, and support team development. You will handle management issues professionally and manage rota planning and holidays.
