About the Role
- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a proud, motivated team
- Help drive sales, strong standards and brilliant service
- Lead the store independently when required
- Maintain safety and compliance — including PFS and forecourt operations
- Support colleague development, training and on‑the‑job coaching
