- Lead the night team through effective planning, communication and on-shift coaching
- Deliver brilliant basics in stock availability, shelf-edge standards, gap management and replenishment
- Respond to incidents promptly, ensuring colleague safety and store security
- Maintain accurate and timely shift reporting, handovers, and performance feedback
- Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance
