As our General Store Manager, you'll lead the planning strategy and execution of our store's day-to-day operations across key departments - including Non-Food, Online and Customer, to make sure that availability is maximised, waste and shrink are minimised, and our Superstore/Centre runs efficiently, safely and fully compliant.

You'll work closely with your Operations Manager and department managers to deliver consistent standards, drive productivity, and ensure our store is always ready for customers. Whether it's improving delivery flow, stock routines, or compliance, you'll be the driving force behind achieving consistent operational excellence.
