About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you\’re looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role can accommodate that. Late and weekend work is a requirement, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

There\’s a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Section Leader, you\’ll be the first point of contact for your team. You\’ll assist with training colleagues, keeping them informed through team ‘huddles\’, and ensuring colleagues maintain cleaning standards and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.

We will support your training in different areas and help you develop your skills, providing an opportunity for career growth within retail.

About You

You should be naturally friendly and proactive, working with your team to deliver excellent results. An enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across departments is essential, along with being a strong coach, mentor, and motivator. You will be a role model to colleagues, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
