About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over 18 years old.

Our stores operate 24/7, with various shift patterns. We offer flexible working to fit your lifestyle. Late and weekend shifts are required, and some flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.

As a Section Leader, you\’ll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team huddles, and ensuring cleaning standards are maintained. You\’ll also plan overtime and holidays to ensure colleagues are in the right place at the right time.

We will support your training across different areas and help you develop your skills, providing opportunities for growth in retail leadership.

About You

You are friendly, proactive, and eager to work with your team to achieve excellent results. You have an enthusiastic attitude towards learning new skills across departments and are a strong coach, mentor, and motivator. You serve as a role model, ensuring customers enjoy a great shopping experience.
