About the Role

We are seeking a Cleaning Section Leader to work 36 hours per week with flexible working days. Candidates should have cleaning experience, preferably with COSHH training. This role requires candidates to be over 18 years old. Our stores operate 24/7, and the role involves working late and weekends, with flexibility on shifts. As a Section Leader, you will be the first point of contact for your team, assisting with training, communication, and ensuring cleaning standards are maintained. You will also help plan overtime and holidays to meet customer expectations. We offer training in various areas and opportunities for skill development, ideal for those looking to grow in retail leadership.
