About the Role: Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, offering a variety of shift patterns. If you’re seeking flexible working to fit your lifestyle, we will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed. There is a role for everyone in retail. We prioritise our customers with excellent service, welcoming stores, and 'extra special' products. We work as a team to deliver a great shopping experience through clean and well-maintained stores. As a Cleaning Colleague, you will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks and working alongside the store team to maintain high standards for our customers.
About You: You will be naturally friendly, eager to learn, and work collaboratively with your team to achieve great results. An enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across departments is essential. Full training, including how to operate cleaning machinery, will be provided. You will care about providing customers with a great shopping experience by maintaining high cleaning standards inside and outside the store. Strong communication skills are necessary to respond promptly to unexpected requests and handle customer queries effectively.
