About the Role: Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a wide variety of shift patterns. We offer flexible working to fit around your lifestyle. Late and weekend work is required, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern. There is a role for everyone in retail. We prioritise excellent service, welcoming stores, and 'extra special' products. We work as a team to deliver a great shopping experience through clean and well-maintained stores. As a Cleaning Colleague, you will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks and working alongside the store team to maintain high standards for our customers.
About You: You will be naturally friendly and proactive, working with your team to deliver great results. You should have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across different departments. Full training will be provided, including how to operate cleaning machinery. You will care about providing customers with a great shopping experience by maintaining high cleaning standards both inside and outside the store. Strong communication skills are essential to respond promptly to requests and handle customer queries effectively. All applicants must be 18 years or over.
