At Asda we want you to Find Your Everything. As our Operations Manager, you’ll deliver excellent execution across the store and embed consistent routines that deliver availability, waste and shrink.

You’ll review store process to deliver great metrics and KRAs for availability, waste and shrink by embedding routine and process across the shop floor, adhering to contract base management and wage control whilst leading and coaching our managers and teams to deliver excellent store standards across Ambient and Fresh departments as well as George and General Merchandising in our large format stores.

As an Operations Manager, you lead with heart, building self-esteem by recognising effort, attitude, and growth, creating an environment where people feel valued, trusted, and motivated to step up. You listen with empathy, respond with care, and create space for open, respectful conversations on the shop floor and beyond.
