This role will be based across Asda House with occasional travel to Rochdale office and 3rd party sites. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a Client & Carrier Account Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting the home delivery of George.com orders through the management of our final mile parcel carriers. You will also support in managing shipments from our Drop Ship Vendors partners, who ship orders direct to customers and our Click & Collect Service. You will analyse and challenge Client, Home delivery Carriers, DSVs and client performance and adherence to SLAs as well as constantly reviewing how to improve service to our customers. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in some exciting new Click & Collect and Home Delivery development projects to further improve our customers experience.You will be part of a small team that works cross functionally with numerous stakeholders, from Clients, George.com, Contact Centre teams, Fulfilment Centres, Carriers to individual Drop Ship Vendors. You will take ownership of your own projects to onboard new 3rd party partners as well as leading key projects to improve delivery and C&C customer experience.
