Getting the details right can have a surprisingly big impact, as you\βll soon realise when you join the ASDA Opticians team. In this incredibly fast moving and ever changing environment, you\βll discover exactly how much the little things matter. From daily sales and profit reports, to admin support and marketing, getting everything accurate is hugely important. And doing it as efficiently as possible will bring savings to our customers as well as to our business.
You will support the Buying and Commercial team in all areas, including sales tracking and analysis. It\βs important that you keep the admin up to date, including line listing, cost and retail changes and liaise with suppliers to ensure that they keep to deadlines and tasks. You will Impute into decisions on ranges and promotions and answer and resolve store/supplier queries.
Other important tasks include raising and reconciling of internal and external invoices to the category and assisting the Buyers with competitor research and the day to day trading of your category.
