You’ll review store processes to deliver great metrics and KRAs for availability, waste and shrink by embedding routine and process across the shop floor, adhering to contract base management and wage control whilst leading and coaching our managers and teams to deliver excellent store standards across Ambient and Fresh departments as well as George and General Merchandising in our large format stores.
