We’re recruiting for a Brand Marketing Manager to join the George clothing team based in Lutterworth for a minimum of 3 days. Reporting to the Senior Manager Brand Marketing Clothing, the role is responsible for full brand marketing and campaigns across ladieswear, menswear, kids, licence, and events. Managing a team of four and working closely with key stakeholders including the Content Planning Manager, Brand Marketing Team, and the wider Brand Channel Teams.

The brand marketing team’s purpose is to deliver the brand strategy to the customer and ensure that marketing and creative spends drive great return on investment across both commercial returns and brand equity.

The Brand Marketing Manager – Clothing will be responsible for delivering innovative marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring a consistent customer experience, and maintaining aligned brand messages across all marketing channels. You will also:

  • Hold key relationships across trading channels and product teams to ensure brand communications support growth, market share, and reputation.
  • Build and nurture relationships across the business, especially within marketing, creative, product, digital, insights, and customer experience teams to understand business goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the company’s brand and message.
  • Create and align the Brand Communication strategy with the business strategy, ensuring team understanding and focus.
  • Collaborate with external partners like agencies and media outlets to develop and execute campaigns.
  • Translate brand strategy into plans and positioning, considering customer sentiment, market activity, and insights to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Lead clothing projects from concept to creation, linking strategy, ideation, and design.
  • Manage the brand communication budget to optimize resource use.
  • Coordinate with teams on PR campaigns, influencer partnerships, community programs, and events to boost brand advocacy and engagement.
  • Create, prioritize, and execute a clear editorial program with a balanced content mix.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and monitor marketing activity impact, managing budgets proactively.
  • Analyze marketing effectiveness and report on brand performance using KPIs and sales data.

You should have experience in brand marketing within the fashion industry, with expertise in campaign management and brand strategy. We seek a creative thinker with skills in social, performance, and PR marketing, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
