Job Overview
As our General Store Manager, you’ll lead the planning, strategy and execution of our store’s day‑to‑day operations across key departments – including Non‑Food, Online and Customer – to ensure that availability is maximised, waste and shrink are minimised, and the Superstore/Centre runs efficiently, safely and fully compliant. You’ll work closely with your Operations Manager and department managers to deliver consistent standards, drive productivity and ensure the store is always ready for customers. You’ll build a culture of respect, coaching, empowerment and operational excellence, supporting your team without taking over, and driving the store’s selling agenda with healthy competition across the trading floor, bringing a sense of pride every day.
