As a Customer Manager, you’ll be the main ambassador for bringing the “Asdaness” in every colleague and lead the store’s service, making sure we delight our customers from the car park to the checkout by ensuring however our customers choose to shop, they are having the very best experience through our Service, Back Office, Security and Cleaning Teams.
What qualities you’ll need:
- Engaging and coaching your team to constantly improve routine and process whilst creating a culture of selling with personality, driving pick accuracy and serving our customers with heart and pride to make our service legendary.
- Passion about CSI and react to customer feedback to create and execute effective action plans.
- Talent Development: Listen with empathy, driving resilience and encourage ownership, focus and passion for the business by bringing the “Asdaness” to work every day and supporting the development of the team and creating an environment where people feel valued, trusted, and motivated to step up.
- Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a retail environment.
- Operational knowledge on retail environment and customer service.
- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
- Strong customer service focus and positive mindset.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
