As the Assistant Designer you will be empowered to contribute to the research of new trends and market information, informing decision making and assist driving product development, whilst keeping the George customer at the heart of what we do.

Lets Find Out About You
  • Experience within either a clothing retail or supply base design environment and a strong track record of researching and producing innovative designs in line with customer needs.
  • Experience in working with UK and overseas suppliers/factories to develop multi category product.
  • A broad knowledge of CAD software (including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) as well as a strong critical path understanding will be key.
  • An innovative approach and desire to drive a more digital way of working.
  • Organised and efficient daily admin and sample management is essential.
  • The ability to combine a number of research avenues – Social Media, Blogs.
