Find Your Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Acquisition Manager to lead and deliver our ambitious site acquisition programme. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong background in real estate, a proven track record in site acquisition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This role will cover the Midlands or London area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new site opportunities in line with the company’s expansion strategy.
  • Lead negotiations for lease terms and agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes for the business.
  • Manage/oversee a number of projects at any one time from commencement to launch.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate sector to support acquisition goals.
  • Present investment opportunities and acquisition proposals to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with planning, legal, and construction teams to ensure smooth progression from acquisition to delivery.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to drive acquisition initiatives and implement change effectively.

  • Proven experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing real estate acquisitions.
  • Extensive contact base within the property and real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering a high-volume acquisition programme.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate investment opportunities clearly and persuasively.
  • Track record of securing favourable lease terms on behalf of occupiers.
  • RICS qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Degree (2:2 or higher) preferred.
