As the Logistics Network Design Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of the company’s future logistics network. You will ensure the network supports growth, transformation, and operational excellence while driving efficiency and delivering measurable business benefits. In this role, you will manage a team of analysts, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and turn long-term forecasts into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for logistics network design, planning, and optimisation.
  • Develop and implement the company’s future logistics network in line with strategic business goals.
  • Ensure optimal network solutions are in place to support growth, transformation, and operational resilience.

What You’ll Need

  • Commercially aware, with the ability to build robust business cases and use data to guide decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience adapting strategy to changing business conditions and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Up to date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in logistics and network optimisation.
