We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Product Manager to:

  • Work with partners and internal stakeholders to proactively drive Insurance trading performance
  • Embed customer needs and outcomes into decision‑making
  • Ensure that our insurance propositions are 'best in class' - and that we are leveraging the power of our Asda 'Retail and Rewards data' where this helps us achieve propositional improvements and USPs
  • Lead product tenders / negotiations of new partnerships - and drive these through to launch
  • Ensure adherence to agreed governance and controls / retain our 'licence to operate' as an IAR and AR
  • Future line management of Assistant Product Manager/s

The ideal candidate will have some experience working in the insurance industry in a similar type role.

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
