Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about logistics? Join our dynamic team as a George Inbound Supply Assistant, where you'll play a key role in maximizing intake into our clothing Distribution Centres (DCs) by working closely with stakeholders across George Supply, ALS, Merchandising, and 3PLs.

Your Role:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong relationships across Supply, ALS, Merch, and 3PLs.
    • Investigate and resolve internal queries to expedite goods receipt.
  • Delivery Booking & Coordination
    • Use internal systems to identify and book purchase orders (POs) into relevant DCs.
    • Ensure DC capacity is managed effectively.
    • Liaise with stakeholders to arrange haulage for POs.
  • Stakeholder Support
    • Coordinate with DC teams to ensure timely delivery and goods receipt.
    • Investigate discrepancies in goods receipts.
    • Support yard check reviews to manage container flow within DC capabilities.
  • Transport Invoicing
    • Accurately validate and process transport invoices using internal systems.
    • Complete routine reporting aligned with weekly volumes and operational plans.
