Shift Pattern: 30 hours per week

Salary: Competitive salary plus benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medication and manage store operations.
  • Provide NHS and private patient services with excellent communication and empathy.
  • Deliver contractual and enhanced services while following company SOPs and professional GPhC guidelines and standards.
  • Lead and support the pharmacy team, reviewing performance and engaging with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Report directly to the Pharmacy Practice Manager to support the delivery of agreed KRAs and business targets.
  • Provide regular feedback and business updates, and collaborate with regional and home‑office teams for clinical and service support.

Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
  • Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare.
  • Proven leadership skills in a fast‑paced pharmacy environment.
  • Current safeguarding qualifications and a DBS check.
  • Valid right to work in the UK and willingness to enrol in the live update service.

Working Rota:

  • Week 1: Saturday 09:00‑21:00; Wednesday 09:00‑21:00; Friday 09:00‑18:00.
  • Week 2: Wednesday 09:00‑18:00; Thursday 09:00‑21:00; Friday 09:00‑21:00.
