Overview
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We offer flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, but late and weekend working is a requirement of the role and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern. Our stores are packed with thousands of products, from clothes and household items, through to tinned foods, frozen goods and chilled produce. Without our warehouse teams, those products would not be on the shelves for our customers. Replenishing stock and picking stock by store or product type ensures stores receive goods on time, in full, keeping customers always satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Replenish stock of all shapes and sizes in the warehouse.
- Pick stock either by store or by product type and pull together deliveries for stores.
- Use all warehouse equipment safely and effectively (full training provided).
Qualifications
- Complete a Level 2 warehouse operative apprenticeship within 12 months.
- Pass functional Maths and English skills test unless exempt from prior learning.
- Commit to the apprenticeship for 12 months.
- Be naturally friendly, enthusiastic, accurate, efficient and team‑oriented.
