Responsibilities
- You are responsible for overseeing and managing the entire operation.
- You will manage a team of optometrists and optical assistants.
- Oversee compliance processes and procedures.
- Review sales forecasting and department targets.
- Deal with customer queries.
- Daily responsibilities include clinic management and ensuring the department is well equipped for customer needs.
- Working in close partnership with an Optometrist, you coach and develop the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC.
- On track to meet the statutory points requirement for CPD.
- Confident in coaching others.
- Proven leadership skills in a fast‑paced Optics environment.
- Organised and able to manage time effectively.
- Driven and ambitious to ensure the department meets its targets.
