Responsibilities
- Manage your section efficiently—replenishment, checkouts, grocery, fresh food—ensuring shelves are stocked, standards are high, and customers are happy.
- Support your team to meet targets, solve problems, and create a welcoming store environment.
- Use data and insight to make decisions, coaching and motivating team members.
