About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, with a variety of shift patterns. Late and weekend work are required. We will work with you to accommodate your shifts, but flexibility is necessary.

As a Section Leader, you\'ll be the first point of contact for your team, assist with training, and communicate messages during team huddles. You will ensure colleagues are available to meet customer expectations by planning overtime and holidays effectively.
