About the Role: You will work in our in‐store pharmacy, delivering a warm and friendly service, discussing personal health issues with confidence, solving customer problems, and referring customers to appropriate products. You will assemble and process prescriptions accurately, collect prescriptions from customers' surgery, and bring them to the store ready for collection. You will promote and support our pharmacy services such as Prescription Collection Service and Medicines Use Reviews, provide patient services (blood pressure checks, stop‐smoking schemes, etc.), and maintain accurate records. You will follow strict Standard Operating Procedures and support the pharmacist in delivering patient services. Within six months you will complete an accredited course to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant and will then train to become a Dispensing Assistant, advancing your pharmacy career.
Responsibilities:
- Work flexible day shift schedule with weekend shifts as required.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service in the pharmacy.
- Assemble, process, and manage prescriptions.

- Promote pharmacy services and assist customers with health queries.
- Support the pharmacist with patient services and record‐keeping.
