Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Ambient department, ensuring product availability, shop-floor standards, safety and legal compliance.
  • Plan and execute all trading activity on the shop floor, delivering great availability standards and key performance metrics.
  • Lead the shrink agenda, setting clear standards and taking action to reduce shrinkage.
  • Coach and engage the Ambient team to continuously improve routine and processes.
  • Ensure promotional activity lands on brief, on time and drives the store’s selling agenda.
