Location: Skelmersdale. Employment type: Part time, permanent contract. Shift pattern: Days (30 hours per week).

Our pharmacies provide frontline NHS services, including emergency prescriptions and urgent care. In this role you will deliver both NHS and private services, manage a team, dispense medicines and ensure compliance with company SOPs and GPhC guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Dispense medicines and deliver day‑to‑day pharmacy services.
  • Conduct contractual and enhanced services while following company SOPs and professional GPhC guidelines and standards.
  • Report to the Pharmacy Practice Manager to support the delivery of agreed KRAs and metric targets.
  • Review performance and engage with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist with clinical and service‑based queries in partnership with in‑store, regional and home‑office teams.
  • Participate in scheduled work rota (provided in detail).
Qualifications
  • Fully qualified pharmacist with GPhC registration.
  • Experienced in delivering national and local NHS services, as well as private healthcare.
  • Excellent customer and patient care skills.
  • Strong leadership and team‑working ability in a fast‑paced pharmacy environment.
  • Evidence of safeguarding qualifications, DBS check, and enrolment in a live update service.
