We are pleased to offer a £5,000 retention bonus to all successful candidates hired through this requisition, contingent upon meeting terms and conditions discussed with your hiring manager. The retention bonus will be payable to employees who remain in active employment with ASDA at the Aberfeldy/Broadford store from April 2025 to 31st October 2025. The £5,000 bonus will be pro-rated from your start date of employment.

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working, we can accommodate your needs, but late and weekend shifts are required, and flexibility may be needed.

As a service colleague, you will work across various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our stores. Your duties may include serving customers at checkouts, preparing pizzas, picking for home deliveries, or replenishing shelves. Our focus is on providing excellent service, welcoming stores, and 'extra special' products. We work as a team to maximize sales and enhance online shopping experiences.
