About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you\’re looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role offers that flexibility. Late and weekend work is required, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.
As a Section Leader, you\’ll be the first point of contact for your team. You will assist with training colleagues, communicating messages in team ‘huddles\’, and ensuring colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.
We will support your training in different areas and your continual development, making this a great opportunity to grow in retail.
