As a Night Manager, you'll guide and support our night colleagues to deliver high merchandising standards, customer service, and operational excellence—keeping everything running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps.
Responsibilities
- Lead the night team through effective planning, communication and on-shift coaching
- Deliver brilliant basics in stock availability, shelf-edge standards, gap management and replenishment
- Respond to incidents promptly, ensuring colleague safety and store security
- Maintain accurate and timely shift reporting, handovers, and performance feedback
- Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance
Qualifications
- Supervisory or management experience in retail, logistics or operations
- Strong leadership presence—calm under pressure with a passion for motivating others
