About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must pass an enhanced safeguarding check.
Our stores operate 24/7, with various shift patterns. Weekend work is required, and flexibility with work patterns may be needed.
Our in-store Pharmacies are popular with customers. You should be warm, friendly, confident, and able to discuss personal health issues, resolve customer problems, and guide them to the right products.
You will be responsible for assembling and processing prescriptions accurately, promoting pharmacy services, supporting patient service delivery, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
We will support your development through accredited courses to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months, progressing to a Dispensing Assistant.
About You
You should be friendly, organized, team-oriented, with good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should enjoy problem-solving, helping people, and providing a great healthcare experience.
