About the Role
At Asda, our priority is to deliver high-quality patient care, including screening patients, coaching and training the wider team, and maintaining standards in the department. We are committed to supporting our Optometrists with comprehensive training, CPD programs, and funded accreditations to meet evolving eye care needs. You will have access to support from in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical and service-related queries.
About You
You should be a fully qualified optometrist registered with GOCA, with NHS registration or equivalent, and preferably MECs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months). You should be passionate about developing new patient services, capable of delivering excellent customer experiences, and committed to ongoing professional development.
