Role Overview: At Asda, the health and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care through our extended NHS service contracts, focusing on minor eye conditions. Your day will involve screening patients, coaching and training team members, and maintaining departmental standards. We provide extensive training, CPD programs, and funded accreditation opportunities to support your professional development, ensuring you can meet evolving eye care needs. You will be supported by in-store, regional, and head office teams, with expert advice always available.

Candidate Profile: You should be a fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOCA, with NHS registration or health board registration. Accreditation with MECs or WECs is preferred, or willingness to gain it within 12 months. You should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, developing new patient services, and shaping department culture.
