You will be supported by our Home Office teams for clinical support, and Area Managers will work alongside you to maximize your role\’s effectiveness. Regular business updates and performance feedback will be provided.

As an Optical Manager, you will oversee and manage the entire operation, including leading your team of Optometrists and Optical Assistants, ensuring compliance, reviewing sales forecasts, and handling customer queries. You will also manage clinic operations and shop floor processes to meet customer needs. Collaboration with Optometrists and coaching your team will be essential, requiring strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications include being a fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC, with ongoing CPD points, confidence in coaching, excellent customer care, and proven leadership in a fast-paced optics environment.
