Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day running of the online operation within the store.
- Keep the team engaged, coordinate vans on the road and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead the online shrink agenda by implementing structured processes and making data‑driven decisions.
- Validate picker and driver resource through effective rota planning to achieve picking accuracy.
- Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor, delivering high availability standards, key metrics and KRAs.
- Engage and coach the team to continuously improve routines and processes, fostering a culture of customer service and resilience.
- Respond to customer feedback and audit findings, creating and executing action plans to drive best value offerings.
- Develop talent, support team growth, and create an environment where people feel valued and motivated.
Qualifications
- Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex online retail environment.
- Operational knowledge of online retail processes.
- Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
