As a pharmacist at Asda you will be part of the local community, providing expert care and advice to customers across the supermarket pharmacy. Your day will involve dispensing, delivering services, managing your team, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing prescriptions and performing medication services.
  • Delivering NHS and private services, including emergency prescriptions and Urgent Care.
  • Managing and leading your pharmacy team, ensuring safety, and encouraging optimal performance.
  • Providing excellent customer and patient care through clear communication and empathy.
  • Collaborating with in‑store, regional and home‑office teams, receiving regular business updates and opportunities for further accreditation.

Schedule and Rota:

  • Week 1: Monday 9am‑6pm, Wednesday 9am‑9pm, Friday 9am‑9pm.
  • Week 2: Monday 9am‑6pm, Thursday 9am‑9pm, Saturday 9am‑9pm.

Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
  • Accredited to deliver national and local NHS services and private healthcare services.
  • Proven leadership skills in a fast‑paced pharmacy environment.
  • Drive and ambition to meet business targets.
