Night Manager - Halifax

As a Night Manager, you\’ll guide and support our night colleagues to deliver high merchandising standards, customer service, and operational excellence-keeping everything running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night team through effective planning, communication and on-shift coaching
• Deliver brilliant basics in stock availability, shelf-edge standards, gap management and replenishment
• Respond to incidents promptly, ensuring colleague safety and store security
• Maintain accurate and timely shift reporting, handovers, and performance feedback
• Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a drive to improve processes and people

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in retail, logistics or operations
• Strong leadership presence‑calm under pressure with a passion for motivating others
• Commitment to high standards in compliance, risk awareness, and operational routines
• Ability to make decisions independently while keeping the wider team informed
