This administrator role forms part of the exciting Asda Express convenience team. The role reports directly into the Project Manager. You may deputise for the Project Manager and work closely with the wider Express team; they will be responsible for leading the Express critical path programme. They will work with key stakeholders around the business to ensure new stores are opened to the agreed date.

You will:

  • Deliver Critical Path for all new space within Express
  • Present and engage with key stakeholders
  • Proactively engage, influence and drive the timelines to deliver store openings
  • Work with stakeholders to validate and update their Critical Path tasks
  • Complete reviews with stakeholders in line with future rollout
  • Collate and present to the Project Manager, to identify opportunities to improve the decision-making process
  • Build a post-launch review process to continue streamlining Express store launch
  • Plan ahead to ensure all timelines are met
  • Be an active member of the Express team network

  • The ability to influence at all levels of Asda including Retail, central teams and ALS (to drive an agenda and manage conflicting priorities and agenda)
