Responsibilities and Key Skills

  • Create campaigns - taking ownership of the end-to-end process and delivery, ensuring first time right delivery and actively seeking opportunities to develop and refine processes, to improve efficiency.
  • Working cross functionally across the wider team and business, developing relationships and becoming a key contact (CRM, Data & Insights, Customer Care, Legal and product and tech etc).
  • Work collaboratively with agencies that support the programme.
  • Demonstrating ownership and confidence in the operation of the loyalty engine system - being a key contact, whilst seeking opportunities to test and learn across different campaigns and programme functions.
  • Regular reporting on the health of the programme, using the data to draw recommendations and conclusions as appropriate and sharing updates with stakeholders.
  • Actively scope the competitor environment, reviewing opportunities for testing to evolve and strengthen the programme.
  • Championing Rewards within the business, driving awareness and reviewing processes to maximise efficiency.

Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
